Just one more tablespoon...

I'm choking down my coffee this morning because of this:

1 tbsp of vanilla creamer= 1 point on ww+.

I need WAY more than 1...so I've been trying 2. 2 is just n o t enough..but I don't want to waste another point.

pathetic. ha! I'm praying hoping that after a while, it will start to taste better.

I really am liking the new weight watchers program and how its consuming my life (kinda). Every thing that goes into my mouth is followed by a "how-many-points-is that" thought going through my head. I kinda like it, it gives me something to do...something to keep track of.

My goal of working out ATLEAST 1x this past week has been successful. (Wahoo!) In fact, I hiked a 3.5ish trail, walked 5 miles..and even tried PILATES! (I bought a mat, too, which means I need to stick with it!)

I've even got the Hubs on board with me! These next couple of weeks are gonna be ROUGH because we've got so many vacations, but I'm going to try REALLLLLY hard to stick with it.

Gotta look good for The Voice auditions right? ha.

My first weigh in is on Monday. We'll see how it goes!
(it better go freaking amazing because I haven't cheated AT ALL!)

go girl! I did WW a few years back and lost over 30 pounds in about 6 months. It consumed my whole life. I wrote the number of points on everything before I but it away in the pantry. And divided snacks like pretzels and grahm crackers into ziplocks bags of 2 point servings.
Good luck girl. I know you'll do well because I know ww works.
I'm just counting calories right now and that is working good for me.
