Yes people, you read it right! Our loan FINALLY went through and we signed all of our loan papers last night!!! They estimated that we will close on Thursday! WE WILL GET OUR HOUSE ON THURSDAY!!!!!!! ahhhh! I have waited three, long, dreadful months for this time to come! I am so ready to get down and dirty...cleaning...tearing out..and renovating our first place!
The first thing I am going to do when we get the keys is put a cute little flag in our planter and get a new welcome mat for the front door :)
I am beyond ecstatic.
Lets hope and pray that nothing goes wrong from now until them. Fingers crossed!
