October!

Where the HECK did October go?? I'm not going to say I've missed it because I can't wait to get to Thanksgiving, Jakes birthday, my birthday, then Christmas! I just can't believe how quickly this fall season is going!

 

We did our annual pumpkin patch trip (along with EVERYONE else and their mothers)

It's always fun to kiddos running around excited to pick out pumpkins and go on the rides. Its also fun to see what parents are willing to do to get their kid to smile for a picture (I am SO GUITY OF this. If you would have seen me, I would have been embarrassed.) Oh well..thats the wonderful world of parenting!!

Halloween was WAY more fun with Jake than last year, I mean, he was adorable last night but pretty much just sat. This year he was running up and down, asking for candy, being a silly monkey (literally).

We always go to our church and pass out candy for "Truck or Treat." Its a great way to bless the community and its way more safe in our hood then going door to door!

While Jake and I were at the mall yesterday on a little playdate, we went to the pet store, JUST to browse. We have been thinking of getting a dog, then found out I was pregnant and kinda changed our minds...but are still dipping our feet in the idea. Hubby says it will give him and Jake something to do when the new baby comes!

 

Anyway, I always liked cocker spaniels since my Aunt has had them forever. When we first got married, the CUTEST King Charles Caviler lived down the street..but I want a huge fan of their buggy eyes. I also like the Springer Spaniels with all their freckles on their noeses! Well..as I was oohing and ahhing over each puppy I came across: a Cockalier.

Who knows. Maybe Jake will get a dog for his birthday next month!

 

One last thing- Did ya'll watch the CMAS???? I got to watch it Eastern time, thanks to my parents who somehow get all the shows early! Hoooray! I loved every minute of it! I really liked Kelly Clarskon's new song ft. Vince Gill. Ya heard it?? If not, take a listen!! Love it!!!!!
