No, we don't know what Baby J is yet (but I only 3 weeks till we know Yayyy!)
We got a dog-a 10 week old puppies to exact!
Joel And I have both grown up with dogs, so we knew we wanted Jake to have one as well (although who is outside in the garage with it now at the butt crack of dawn????
Me. Well. Joel was out here earlier and, being a good wife all cozy in bed decided we should do shifts.
We were looking online for a few weeks but didnt want to jump into anything too fast. We saw this Lab/Aussie Sheep dog mix and knew we wanted one!
We ended up picking up Jett yesterday. We knew he was "the one" because right when we walked in Jett followed Jake around and was super sweet toward him!
I was dreading the first night and nights to follow, but he did really good!! We went to bed at Arlie's 1130, and he was crying non-stop in this little crate we borrowed. We ended up taking him out and letting him just sleep on his blanket in the garage. We are getting an extra large metal crate today.
Anyway- once we let him out, he would whine a bit then go back to sleep. We didn't actually get up with him until 530. Yay! I know the whining will eventually stop so there is light at the end of

He's the cutest, cuddliest little boy!
Maybe you'll see him on our Christmas cards?? ;)
