I am down 1.5lbs this week! WAHOO! I'm at 6.5lbs in 5 weeks and only 3.5lbs to reach my goal of 10 in 10 weeks...with 4 weeks to go!
My post last week was wrong (sadly) about my total weight loss. I was confused, since me and math (or anything with numbers really) don't get along. Since August 2011, I am officially down 31.5!
Not gonna lie, I'm pretty proud of myself. I've been running and exercising and being super strict with my eating. Now I just need to work trying not to think about food and what I'm "missing out on." The cliche saying "Nothing taste as good as thin feels" is seriously true. When I eat whatever I want, I usually feel miserable after. When I'm "dieting" I feel good..but sometimes THINK I'm hungry.\
I don't want to be one of those women who complain they are hungry and can't eat b/c they are dieting...and I think I'm turning into one of those! AHHHHH
For example, I had dinner last night at Mimis, got a salad and was satisfied. When I went home, hubby and some friends were eating chips and salsa. If you remember this post, you know what I'm talking about it. I sat
I'm gonna work on that this week. No complaining. I'll def. need prayer for this.

What else is going on??? OOO duh, SPRING BREAK starts THURSDAY for me! Wahooooo! I'm excited for 7, uninterrupted days at home with Jake. :) I'm hoping to squeeze tons of lunch dates, play dates, and baking days in there! I can't wait!
