I wanted to update you guys with a few pictures of pumpkin patch/birthday stuff before I get too overwhelmed this week with parent teacher conferences!
Oo..I have to share! I hit my goal of 25lbs!!!! I weighed this morning and was down 1.8, which puts me at 26.4lbs gone! Wahoo! I need to celebrate!!!
Ok..now on to the pics! I took some pics of Jake for his birthday invitation (which I made and will share once everyone gets theirs in the mail)...but until then...I put up one of the pics that I absolutely LOVED from our min shoot! Then, here are some pics from our trip to the pumpkin patch!!!!
