Tomorrow.

Tomorrow.

As in the day after today.

One more sleep/wake up.

Dec. 7th, 2010.

I know I've said this before, but this pregnancy has flown by. I cannot believe I'll be holding Jake in my arms TOMORROW. It still doesn't seem real. As much as I talk about it, I don't think it will hit me until I can hold the little rascal.

Today I went to pre-admit at Long Beach Memorial, then headed to the bank and grocery store. Luckily I cleaned the house a few days ago so I didn't have to fit that in today.I have to get my clothes together to put them in my hospital bag, my flip video camera is charged, my regular camera is ready to go, ipod and speakers are ready....I think I'm set. As ready as I'll ever be!

Last night I broke down for about an hour thinking about how it will no longer be just Joel and I. I've heard this is normal (at least I hope so!). I have had so much fun with Joel these past 3 years of being married and I know our relationship will only grow with Jake in our lives (yes, I'm tearing up right now in case you wondered). God has blessed Joel and I with an amazing family, friends, a beautiful house...now the opportunity to be parents to this little baby. GAH! Ok..moving on! (as I wipe a tear away!)

Here is a pic of us...our last Thanksgiving as a family of 2!

We will see if I sleep tonight, but I think I probably will. I slept great the day before my wedding. I have to eat a light breakfast before 6am (there goes my plan of sleeping in) then I cannot have anything to eat or drink until after my surgery at 2. My mom and I have appointments for manis/pedis at 9, so that will be nice and relaxing!

I want to say thanks to everyone who reads this or who posts things on my facebook. I'm sure I've said some stupid things and have been repetitive I know this whole pregnancy thing is not as important to anyone besides me, but thanks for the encouragement and support.

So here is to tomorrow.

Here goes nothing. :)
