Saturday Morning Coffee Dates

I've been totally slacking on my Saturday morning updates....but I've been having to leave work early the past couple of weeks, and wont' be working the next few weeks! AH.

One word describes it: BUSY!

Crazy busy to be exact.

With baby showers, wedding showers, vacations..sigh. Life is rough ;)

The diet:

What diet?  :-o

Yep. I've been thoroughly enjoying my summer. Maybe a little too much (according to my scale!)

I've ate at Chick-Fil-A more times in the past few weeks then I have in my whole life, but OH is it delicious! Its actually Jakes fault. You see, I tell him if hes a good boy during our outings, I"ll reward him with Chick-fil-a. lol He DOES like those nuggets..but I think its more of a reward for me!

I've still be working out every week (atleast 2-3x), but I'm pretty sure I've used this line more than I should have:  "Its okay, I worked out today."

Fail. Oh well, back on the horse! Yehaww!

Jake:

He  loves playgrounds now. Hes climbing everywhere and going down the slide!

Okay, this kid is talking talking talking! Here are the words he can say.

He can also do the sounds that a cat, dog, lion, monkey, snake, bird make.  I'm sure there is more...but I'm having a major brain fart right now!

We had a play date with Gavin on Thursday!! We went to the LBTC and let the boys play in the water! They had fun together! They both LOVED the arcade and racing cars!

Rants & Raves:

1. Rave: Bachelorette: Okay- Who do you guys want to win? I wasn't totally thrilled on Emily bc she seems too perfect and kinda fake at some points, but she is definitely growing on me.
I'm sorry, but I think Arie is boring. My favorites are Jef and Sean. Jef and her seem so happy and cute together, but her and Sean seem to mesh really well, too! AAHH. What are your thoughts?

2. Rave: BIG BROTHER- starts this coming week. Seriously people, record it. Yea its kinda trashy and drama filled- but who doesn't love that???

3. Rave: Demi Lovoto station on Pandora. I wasn't a HUGE fan of hers, but I saw her on Good Morning America and like her song "Give you heart a break." The station gives a good mix of girl pop- old and new!

4. Rave: Dallas- OMG I'm so glad I taped this show. I never watched the original, but am LOVING this show. Family drama...hot guys....cowboys...love....enough said, right? I don't have enough time to go through the story line, but its a definite must-watch! TNT on Wednesdays!!

Well I'm out of time....headed to a bridal shower for my baby cousin- Arianna!
