Forever.

It's been almost a MONTH since I updated. Sooo not okay! I've missed blogging!!!

I have been super busy with my job....and of course, JAKE! :)

I usually try and update while I'm at work on Saturday, but with the holidays and hosting my sister-in-law's baby shower at my house I've been slacking!

I cannot WAIT to meet baby Evan! Only a few more week! EEEk!

Now for Jake news!!

We had his 1 year check-up and hes 22.5lbs and 31inch long! What a big boy!! He didn't get his boosters because he had a cough (and an ear infection I had NO idea about!) Hes doing great though. Lately hes been SUPER picky about eating. One day he will LOVE a food, the next he will not eat it. Weird. Hes also off bottles! Wahoo! :)

I'm getting anxious for him to walk..even though I know its going to be even more tough when he does. He got a few walk-behind toys and when we stand him up to walk, he would throw a fit and cry! This past Tuesday we put him behind his train and HE WALKED BEHIND IT!

New with me:

I'm still in the class from you know where. Not gonna lie, most days are bearable.....and some of the kids I realllllllly like, but its pretty bad. I was telling Joel that if Jake EVER EVER acted like some of these kids act, we are in for some rough years!

One thing this class really has taught me is to bring every thing to God....and to pray for endurance!!! Everyday I walk to my room remember that God has put me at this school, in this room, and with these kids for a reason!!!

I'm going to be with this class for a few more weeks, then I'll be taking another job (at the same school till the end of the year) as an intervention teacher! I'm excited for a change of scenery.

I also got a new tattoo! (Sorry Mom..and Grandma!)
I got it done by Bret Butler on Nov.4. I have always wanted something else on my foot...and my favorite verse in the Bible is 1Cor 13:8: Love Never Fails. I really love the way it came out. It hurt A LOT more than I remember...but I think it was worth it!

Now on to random thoughts.

I'm in a Bible study/Discipleship group that I LOVE!Seriously, I really enjoy the times we meet..discuss life and the Bible. :)

I cannot wait for Bethenny Ever After to come back on! I love love love this show. She makes me smile with all her sass!!!!

I also can't wait to see the movie The Vow. It looks so good....plus I love me some Rachel McAdams & Channing Tatum!!! Wahoo!


That all for now! I reallllly hope that when I start my next job, I will have more time to update and blog...even if no one reads it anyway :)
