Yes!!!!!!

I try to plan lunch/coffee dates with my girlfriends around weight watchers. I don't want to set myself up for failure and not be prepared. ( I sound like SUCH a dork, but its true!!!)

We were just going to go to starbucks, so I can get my 4ptp mocha light, but my girlfriend wanted to do lunch!

So..........

Thank you, Mimi's Cafe, for having your nutritional values up on your website. Although 80% of their food is WAY over my points value (and i secretly figured out that my FAVORITE 5 way grilled cheese sandwich is a RIDICULOUS amount of points), I still found something I would enjoy!!!!! I used my handy-dandy Iphone points plus calculator...found what I wanted to "Spend" (how many points I wanted to use for lunch) and am ready to stay on track!!!

Here is what I came up with
Mix and Match:
French Onion Soup (Cup)- 6 points plus
Side Green Salad- 3 points plus
Salsa for dresssing- 0
Side of Fruit-0
Total: 9 points

I'm trying to be good today, because I weigh in tomorrow morning. I don't think i'll lose much (if any) this week because I only worked out once...and have been not tracking as I should.

Oh well. 13.6 down total..6 more lbs till Pre-Jake weight!
