Another week down, which means another week closer to meeting baby Jake! Woo! (45 days!)
I've been subbing in High school this week, which I was DREADING, but its actually been really fun. All the girls ask about my pregnancy; How far along I am, boy or girl, do I have a name, is it my first?- I never knew High school girls to be so interested! I also got to talk to one of my high school teachers, who is also having her first child! So fun- PLUS I get to have lunch with my dad!
I'm excited to be starting a 3 week sub job for the ERC after-school program! It will be fun working with the kids in my city M-Th! (http://www.erc.la/afterschool)
Taylor Swift's new Cd, Speak Now, came on out Tuesday! That girl can write!! If were a guy, I would definitely NOT want to get on her bad side, or else I"d expect a song to written about me...which might be pretty cool! I already have my favorite songs that I put on repeat! :) (If you haven't seen the music video for "mine," I would totally google it and watch it now!
What else is going on?? Halloween is coming up in a few short days..and, I'm not gonna lie, I'm so excited to eat some candy! I could easily eat a tremendous amount of mini kit-kats. Those and the taffy are my downfall.
Total weight gain/loss: So last week...I actually LOST a pound! WOOO! I highly doubt it will happen next week, especially after my kit-kat ramble (above) and Halloween being on Sunday!
How big is baby? Size: OVER 17 inches Weight: 4lbs! Keep growing, Jake!!!
Maternity clothes? Pants are a must...but I've actually been taking out some non-maternity shirts and wearing them! Woo for more variety!
Sleep: Eh...I've definitely have been sleeping like crap. :( Hopefully that changes otherwise Its gonna be a LONG 7 weeks!
Best moment this week: Setting up the nursery!
Movement: All.The.Time! I love it. I told Joel I am so gonna miss it.
Food cravings: I wanted a chicken pot pie the other day..but I didn't get it. That was pretty random.
Gender: Jake Ryan Bomgaars!
Labor Signs: I THINK I had a braxton hick the other day...but nothing since..
Belly Button in or out? Innie!
Stretchmarks? Joel pointed out a few more. Thanks babe. really. thanks.
How are you feeling? Feeling good....if all my pregnancies are like this...I think I could do it a few more times! :)
What I am looking forward to: Kristin's Redneck birthday dinner!!!!!! (pictures to come) I found this picture though ahhaa I am SO dressing up!!!!!!
What I miss: bending over to pick something up without looking like a retard.
