The Bomgaars Family

Hello all!

Christmas has come and gone. 2008 has come and gone and now its 2009!! Its still crazy for me to think about! This past year has gone by so quickly and so many things have happened! My Christmas was great! Its my favorite holiday, not just for the gifts, but a time to be with family and to remember the reason for the season: Jesus, who came to save our lives! Joel and I have been very blessed this year!

This break has been fabulous and I'm ready to get back to "work". As for work, I'm going to be subbing for Downey and Bellflower. How subbing works is that when the district/teacher needs a sub, they will call/request you. Nothing is for sure. It makes me nervous, but luckily I have Joel and we are secure as of right now. I'm praying that something will open for the fall so we can move into the next stages of life! I am so glad to be done with school though. It has been a long 4.5 years at Biola. We will see if I venture back to do my masters!

I'm going to the Brower/Anderson wedding tonight & Courtney and Pat's wedding next Sunday. Speaking of weddings, everyone has been getting engaged lately. Kolbey and Dan, Summer and Nick, Megan and Aaron...the list could go on! I guess the summer of 2009 is going to be the summer of love! :)

I guess thats all the updates! Goodluck to everyone who is going back to school, or is getting back into the normal work schedule! Only a few more weeks until Martin Luther break!
