Hello!!
Since I started student teaching, I have had no time for internet....no facebook, no perez hilton (gossip), no blogging updates! Thank goodness for work on saturday mornings :) I have been very tired coming home from long days @ school, Joel said "Welcome to the working world" ha.
I am half way through my first placement, crazy I know! I really really enjoy teaching. I was hoping I wouldn't be one of those people who get graduate college with a major in education, do student teaching, and find out I hate it! I LOVE IT! :) Its so nice to do something that is so rewarding. To see the little light bulbs click on in the kid's brains makes my day! Even the trouble makers have a special place in my heart. At the end of my 8 weeks at Price, I will be heading over to Carpender Elementary school. Its only a 4th and 5th grade school. I'm excited and its waay closer to my house, which means more sleep!
Last weekend, We took the trailer out to El Mirage (Victorville) and took out the Rhino and bikes! It was a lot of fun, but super hot! I'm excited for Glamis/Dumont this fall!

Nothing else is really going on in the Bomgaars Fam. I'm looking forward to fall...cold weather, pumpkin candles, brown/ green colors..i just love it!

I'm so glad you are loving your student teaching! It sounds like you're having a lot of fun. You're going to make a wonderful teacher when you get your own classroom someday!
