Ellen show

Yesterday my mom and I got the chance to go to the Ellen show! We were so excited! I got 2 tickets from when my BFF and I attended the Bethenny show last year!
We were anxious to know who was going to be on and it turned out to be Jennifer Aniston, Brittany Snow and the Austrialian Idol winner (I forgot her name though).
I was so glad we got on an episode where Ellen actually danced through the audience. I was on the end seat and she danced RIGHT by me! I was hoping she would sing to my
Belly, but she didn't! :(
It was a fun experience and I hope we can go back next season!

34 weeks, pics & a song!

How far along? 34w1d
Total weight gain/loss: 24lbs. I gained 7 alone
this past 2 weeks. Dang you spring break, Easter, and potty training!!!

How big is baby? Size: 18 inches Weight: 4 3/4lbs

Maternity clothes? Uh huh!
Sleep: Whats that? Oh yeah, the thing you do at night. Does that tell you how I’ve
been sleeping?? :-/ No really, I wake up quite often and am uncomfortable. Oh
well, 5 more weeks and I’ll up at night anyway!
Best moment this week: I had my baby shower last Saturday! It was so fun getting a few clothes friends and family together and spoiling Janelle! Also, Getting back into the work routine. It keeps me busy and
makes the days FLY by!
Movement: Constantly. I love hearing Jake say “Mama,
Nenelle moving!”
Food cravings: Pancakes, still. Yummmmm.
Gender: Bows and fluff!
Labor Signs: Some Braxton hicks, nothing horrible though!
Belly Button in or out? Innie still, but its flattening out!
Stretchmarks? Haven’t looked lately, but I think I’m only rocking the old ones!
How are you feeling? I’m feeling good. Definitely uncomfortable at night.
What I am looking forward to: Setting a Csection date, praying for the 17^th…but
just knowing a date will bring me some relief!
What I miss: Hmm nothing really this update.

Potty Training.

I'm thinking this song will pretty much sum up my week next week.

Is it strange that I listened to the song once and already know all the words?

I played the song for Jake and he loved it..and wanted more. I told him no bc I'm keeping all my goodies until Monday!

I'm headed to target later for candy, toys, any other bribery I can find, oh...and carpet cleaner.

I'm hoping since Jake is pretty chill and a genius (like his mom ha) that he will catch on in 1 day and the rest of the week will be easy peasy.

Wishful thinking?

Pray for me. :)

30 Weeks

How far along? 30w4d
Total weight gain/loss: 18lbs- I’m still happy with this
number
How big is baby? Size: 15+ inches Weight: 3lbs
Maternity clothes? Yes!!! I’m hoping not to buy anymore
maternity clothes and just made do with what I’ve got! Only 9 more weeks!!!
Sleep: Oh man. This past week as not been good sleeping wise.
Tossing, turning almost every night!! Its starting to become SUCH a chore rolling
over!!! Lol

Best moment this week: Hearing Janelle’s strong, bumping
heart beat!

Movement: She’s one active little girl!! Moving ALL THE TIME!!
Food cravings: Pizza.
Gender: GIRL!
Labor Signs: I’ve experiences some Braxton hicks, which is
weird because I didn’t get them with Jake!! Its weird..and I hope they don’t become more frequent!
Belly Button in or out? Innie
Stretchmarks? Just the old ones still!
How are you feeling? For the most part, good! I’m starting to
get more tired and uncomfortable. My back is also starting to hurt!
What I am looking forward to: Getting Janelle’s name painted
and hung over her crib, then putting together the closet organizer!
What I miss: Running.

Disneyland, Music & A Funny

Yesterday my friend, Karla, got Jaker and I in free to Disneyland! I was THRILLED because I have never got to go to Disneyland with him (hes already been twice with Kristin!) It was SUPER busy, so we went on a few rides and walked around! It was a fun day! Here are some pics from our adventure!

 Now for a funny! Its more than a funny...its more like a HILARIOUS!

I love my brother! We've got a lot in common, but most of all, we both LOVE music!

We play a fun , little game where we text song lyrics back and forth to each other  then we either finish the lyrics or guess the artist. Kind of like "Name that Tune" but with lyrics. Here is an example. I sent him this one the other day:

"You don't have to throw your pretty lemonade shooter and lean a little closer"

He responded "Keep on smiling that smile that's driving me wild"

I HAVE thought that if anyone gets ahold of our cell phones and reads our song lyrics, they might get confused. But who would do that, right?

Anywho- we were playing this game on Wednesday pretty much all day. We try and stump each other.

I get this text.

"I will get your heart racing in my skin tight jeans be your teenage dream tonight."

I immediately know and respond with "Katy"  (Perry)

Then I get this picture message. I start busting up, almost to the point where I can't breathe. Seriously. That funny.

His text says " I Just sent that to Bob Gordon, oooops!"

  (A little background, Bob Gordon is a customer of his and also happens to be Robby Gordon's uncle!"

And to top it off...he said the song lyrics was for his sister! bhahahahahah

That totally made my Wednesday, no, my week!

So..if you ever get a weird sounded text me from, its probably a song lyric meant for my brother hahahah

26 weeks and counting!

Hey all!

Its been about 3 weeks since my last baby update!!

Everything is still going great with this pregnancy so far!

We ordered her furniture and bedding- ahh its starting to become real!!

Here is a pic of it all!

Here is a bump shot! (excuse the background...I'm at work (again) and this is the only place where I can get a semi-full shot!)

How far along? 26w1d

Total weight gain/loss: 13lbs (remember last check in I only gained 6lbs total?? Yep 7lbs in 1 month! HOLY COW (literally!)

How big is baby? Size: 14 inches Weight: 1 2/3lbs

Maternity clothes? Heck yeah, even though the shirt in my pic above is not maternity...but its getting kinda short!

Sleep: Eh...besides getting up 2x or more to pee...I toss and turn a lot. I still feel pretty rested in the mornings, so no complaints yet!

Best moment this week: Ordering Janelle's furniture and bedding!!

Movement: Often! A Lot when Jake is around. She already loves her brother!!

Food cravings: Pancakes..and yes, I have indulged!! :-x

Gender: GIRL!

Labor Signs: Nada!

Stretchmarks? Just the ones from Jake..no new purple, cat marks yet!

How are you feeling? Great!

What I am looking forward to: Joel finishing the last coat of PINK paint, then setting up the crib!!!

What I miss: Red Cup Fridays. Not that I would always have a cocktail on Fridays..but last night a my sister-in-laws brother made fresh sangrias and the sip I had tasted AMAZING!
