Hi Ya'll!!

I know, this poor blog of mine has been neglected. I would love to say I'm SO SO SO busy and can't update, but really...I'm just lazy unmotivated. Of course I love sharing Jake with everyone, which is why I'm posting today!!

We have yet to do our 5 month pictures... *time out* holy crap, I have a 5 month old!! Next month he will be half way to being ONE YEAR OLD! Okay, slow down. I'm getting ahead of myself!!!!! :)

Jake has started being such a wiggle worm when feeding him and holding him. My grandma said , "Hold him now because he won't want to be held like this for very much longer." I almost cried.Hes getting big TOO fast. Slow down, Jake!!!!!

We took Jake’s 4(and a half) month pictures today. I got a few shots, but we had to end early due to a drool/tie mishap. (See last picture). Ha! Oh well. Jake’s been having these “Why-are-you-taking-my-picture-mom/shocked” look on his face…but I think its kinda funny. I’m glad there are cameras to capture moments like these.

My niece, Brooke, came down with her mama and i couldn't resist snapping some pics of a little girl for a change, instead of my handsome boy.It was such a perfect day... Sun was shining, Auntie Chelsey was loving on Jake, all out on the front lawn enjoying the day!!!

Hello there!

This is gonna be a short entry...with mostly pictures! Jake had his 4 month appointment on Wed, shots and all! He was a trooper and only cried for about 3 minutes!
Here are his stats:
13lbs 12oz 24.5 inch long

He is right on track!! We will be starting rice cereal in a few weeks, which I'm super excited about!!

Music Monday!!!!

Now, I'm usually not a fan of Jennifer Lopez...but when I heard this song, I knew it was gonna be a hit. I don't usually like Lil Wayne either...but he is pretty chill in this song.

The chorus is soo catchy!

On the total other end of the spectrum...I cannot WAIT to buy the new Jeremy Camp-Worship Project called "We cry out." I have loved Jeremy ever since his first CD came out! His voice is oh-so amazing!! His has some of his own worship songs, plus a few familiar ones we know! Ccccheck it out!

Twitter? Tweet? What???

In 2011 I have entered the land of smart phones, particularly the Iphone (holla), and have now....(Drum roll, please) joined Twitter.

Not gonna lie, I made an account, but have NO idea how to use it.

Some people may ask "Why do you need Twitter if you have facebook, isn't it the same?"

Quite frankly, I have no idea.

I honestly signed up because I'm blog stalking and one of them mentioned it. Might be fun to follow some celebs..right????

So, who do I need to follow?

p.s. I haven't made my first tweet yet...but my name is J2TheBx3.(Get it? We are all J's and B's...and there is 3 in our fam bam..)I know, don't give me grief...all the other ones I thought of were taken. I wasn't in the mood to get fancy..but I didn't want my name to just be JenaleeBomgaars. LAME!

In other news..I am LOVING this 80+ degree weather. I so badly want to be outside getting a tan, but I put on a tank top today and took it right off. I have no business being in tanks or shorts right now. The diet started today. BLEH.

My handsome little study muffin is ready for summer though. I love seeing those legs!!
I saw this onesie online and was SERIOUSLY considering getting it for Jake to wear in honor of his Uncle Justin. I'm not gonna get into my feelings on Justin's singleness...I think the onesie says it all. So....lovely, single, Christian ladies...You know you want to be Jake's Auntie!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The onesie says "My cute uncle is single (want to be my new auntie?)
